Repeat Prescriptionsorange_pills

If your long-term medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can order in a number of ways:

  • On the website - The practice now link to Patient Access - you must go into the practice to get a PIN to register for this. Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions give to you when you are issued your PIN.
  • In person - hand your repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked - please allow 48 hours before collection
  • By post - send it in with a stamped addressed envelope and we'll post it back to you.
  • By telephone - The repeat prescription number is (0141) 778 0550 and is open between 11:00 and 15:00 Monday to Thursday and 11:00 and 13:00 on a Friday - please allow 48 hours before collection.

Most pharmacies now provide a prescription collection, please discuss this with your local pharmacist.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
