New Patient Registration

Here at Lightburn Medical Centre we have two practices within the centre - Dr Miller & Dr Fleming and Dr McCallum & Dr Gardiner.  register_now

Our practice is contracted by the health board to register patients living in G32 excluding Carmyle, and G33 excluding Cardowan. Stepps and Millerston.

You will be asked to fill in a registration form for our records, and you will be asked to provide photographic ID and proof of residence, if available.  All new patients are offered a health check with healthcare assistant or practice nurse to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

New patients can either register online and email the registration forms back to us or come into the practice and collect the registration forms from reception.  For more information on registering online please click on the 'Registering Online' tab.

Please note telephone calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
