With COVID-19 around, it's more important than ever to get your flu vaccine.

Face Coverings: we ask that anyone entering the building wears a face covering unless exempt or a child under 5.

New Patient Registrationregister_now

You will be asked to filled in a registration form for our records. If you register on line, you must still attend the surgery to show photographic identification and proof of residence.All new patients are offered a health check with healthcare assistant to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.

Please note telephone calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
